Yes! REST works independently from the Umay app; you can cycle through the REST sessions (Rise, Recharge and Rest) by pressing the U button on your REST (see steps below).
Press the power button on your REST to choose your desired mode. The indicator light will change with each press. On - Rise - Recharge - Rest - Off
Green = On
Blue = Rise
Orange = Recharge
White = Rest
No Lights = Off
The Umay app is for customizing and saving your REST session settings. When you start sessions using the U button on your REST, it will use the latest saved settings in the app, so you can start it without the app whenever you’d like.
