Possible Solutions:
- Make sure your REST is close to your phone and is powered ON. (Green LED)
- Make sure your REST you're connecting is the same one that's registered on your account.
If that doesn't work:
1. Close the Umay app.
2. Go into your phone's Bluetooth settings.
3. Forget the REST device.
4. Re-open the Umay app.
