The Umay app allows you to customize your REST settings. The app will save the settings you select. When you start sessions using the U button on your REST, it will use the latest saved settings in the app, so you can start it without the app whenever you’d like.
No personal data is being collected and HIPAA compliance has been implemented to ensure any data collected will be handled securely.
Note - The UMAY app requires a Bluetooth connection, turn Bluetooth on from the settings menu on your smartphone.

Step 1: Access the Umay app on your smartphone
A Google or Google Play account is required to install the Umay app.

Tap “Install” to download and install the app, then “Open” to launch the app for the first time.
