• How do I charge my REST?

  Inside your REST case, you will find a charging cord. Attach the charging cord to REST and a charging block to a nearby outlet to begin charging.

• How do I clean my REST?

  Use a 70% alcohol wipe to clean the thermal surfaces before each use, and allow to air dry.  

• How do I connect my REST with the Umay app?

  Press the U button on your REST device between the two clouds. The app will then ask you to connect your device. Press connect, and you will be all set up!

• How do I know if my REST is fully charged?

  When the lights on your REST turn from flashing green to solid green your REST is fully charged.   It may not say 100% battery in the Umay app as the app battery percentage is an estimate and has a tolerance of around 10-20%. 

• How long does it take to charge REST?

  It takes up to 2.5 hours to fully charge your REST. You can check REST's battery percentage from the App’s home screen or settings screen.
