• How do I edit account information? Change email address, name...

  1) Go to "Profile" in the Umay app (person icon in the bottom right corner). 2) Click on the pencil icon beside the information you want to edit. 3) Edit the information and press Save. 

• How do I login and out on the Umay app?

  You can login from the app’s sign in screen and log out by clicking “Logout” from “My Profile” screen.

• How do I reset my password?

  To reset your password, click “Forgot password?” from the app sign-in screen to receive the password resetting email. 

• "No Umay device found" - Why is my REST is not connecting to the Umay App?

  Possible Solutions: Make sure your REST is close to your phone and is powered ON. (Green LED) Make sure your REST you're connecting is the same one that's registered on your account. If that doesn't work: 1. Close the Umay app. 2. Go into your phone's Bluetooth settings. 3. Forget the REST devi...
