We designed the Umay app to be compatible with most Android devices, however, it was primarily tested with the following phones:
- Galaxy A8
- Galaxy s10
- Google Pixel XL 4
If your Android device is not on this list, you should still be able to install the Umay app and use it as intended. If the Umay app or a specific app function is not working as expected on your Android device, please report your device model and the software version to Umay Support and we will work on fixing it in our next App update.
Please Note that we have temporarily paused Android Development to resolve existing issues of incompatibility across various phone models.
