Do I need to remove my contacts to use REST?

We do not recommend using REST while wearing contact lenses.

As with contact lenses in general, the lens may shift in quality and/or comfort when heat is applied, much like the discomfort you may feel in contact from being in a warm environment (e.g., in the shower).

We recommend using REST without contact lenses to allow the release of melted oils from your glands to directly coat your cornea in order to maximize both benefits and comfort.
