Umay will repair and replace any damaged RESTs within 1-year of purchase wherein the damage is the clear result of a defect in materials or workmanship. Umay will provide a return shipping label for your current REST along with the shipping label for your new REST, so long as you are located in Canada or the United States (customers outside these countries will incur a shipping charge).
Umay's limited warranty is not applicable if the defect is caused by misuse (e.g., dropped, spilled liquids, etc.) or general wear and tear from handling (e.g., scratches, cosmetic defects, etc.). Click here to view what can damage your REST. For safekeeping, store your REST in the case hard provided.
