Umay's limited warranty is not applicable if the defect is caused by misuse (e.g., dropped, spilled liquids, etc.) or general wear and tear from handling (e.g., scratches, cosmetic defects, etc.).

If the defect does not fall under the warranty policy, the customer will have the option to receive a new REST at a discounted rate + applicable shipping costs. We understand mistakes happen and we will do our best to make sure you are able to continue using REST.
