Our mission is to ensure that each and every member of our Umay Community is fully satisfied with their experience. If for any reason you are not, you may return your fully functional and undamaged REST within 30 days of receiving your original order for a refund (30-days after the order delivery date).
Upon return request (follow these steps to request a return), you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label, typically within 48 hours. If you do not ship the device within 15 days of receiving the shipping label, you will not receive a refund. Upon the arrival of your REST at the Umay office, you will receive a refund within 3-5 business days.
If upon arrival the device is damaged, you will be contacted by a member of the Umay team.
