How do I return my REST?

Please submit a request in order to begin your return. We kindly ask that you include the reason for your return, your current address, and the device's serial number. The serial number can be found on the cloud of your REST device near the bridge, or printed on the back of your "start with u" envelope, and includes the letter A followed by a 6-digit number.

Upon request approval, a pre-paid return shipping label will be provided. In order to receive your refund follow the steps below:

1. Place REST in the travel case.
2. Include the travel case and the charging cord in the box the device came in.
3. Ship the device, using the return shipping label provided within 14 days of receiving the label.
