My eye is really itchy after using the Hot setting is this normal?

Yes, this is normal. During your first few Rest sessions, you may have this sensation. The warm Rest session assists in releasing the oils within your eyes, if there's other inflammatory particle (i.e dust) within these oils that were once clogged you may experience a foreign body sensation (itchiness, cloudy vision, etc.). This sensation should go away after using Rest several times.
